gifhound: OMG. Lieutenant Nguyen Manh Phan attempted to stop this bus in Hanoi today. When the bus driver, 37 year old Phung Hong Phuong, didn’t pullover, Phan held onto the windshield for more than a mile. Phuong, who served four years for traffic manslaughter in the 2000s, is now in custody and faces up to three years in Vietnamese prison for resisting law enforcement. (Via Reuters) GIFin’ the news.
