Well, here we are. Many exciting things have been happening here at the newborn Newsweek/Daily Beast Company LLC. Among them: this! Our sister Newsweek Tumblr is an old pro at this, having been one of the first to jump on the Tumblr train and show us all in the media how things are done. Inspired by them, we’ve been quietly tumbling away for a few weeks now, testing out the platform, and finding the right mix of content—and have accumulated some (in our modest estimation) fun stuff. Our Tumblr is piggy-backing off the Cheat Sheet, The Daily Beast’s section for “must reads from all over.” The Cheat Sheet itself features breaking news, important stories, and quirky happenings from around the world. We aim to mirror that, but in a lighter, pithier style, with content from other Tumblrs and the wider web.
