boston: Joseph P. Kennedy III is engaged - It’s been a busy couple of weeks for Joseph P. Kennedy III. First he announced he’s forming an exploratory committee to consider a run for the congressional seat being vacated by Democrat Barney Frank. Now, we hear he’s proposed to his girlfriend Lauren Anne Birchfield; and, yes, she accepted. They grow up so fast.
